Low blood pressure

I have low blood pressure(112/68). I've been trying to find articles about low bood preassure; however, I haven't been able to find too many. My doctor says it's better to have lower than higher.
I'd like to know what causes it, how can I control it, etc..
Something I feel dizzy...and I don't like that feeling.
