problem blood pressure

Age 48, once lost my baby because " preclancia ", now with blood pressure as 156/90 - 146/74 - ? I taking since 7/12/02 Norvac 5 . I will like to know the normal and adnormal ranges to be carefull. I do not know what to eat. I am not a red meat eater, some times . I like salads and vegtevals better. Thank, sorry by my english.
