Hello,

I would like to know if the following are considered low blood pressure:

113/73 with a pulse of 76

108/67 with a pulse of 82

103/63 with a pulse of 83

109/70 with a pulse of 97

I have a blood pressure Monitor and these are the readings I've been getting when I can't sleep at night. I usually can't sleep at night because I feel like I take very short and quick breaths. I get an uncomfortable feeling like my breath gets cut off before I can fill up my lungs to get a feeling of relief. It's such an uncomfortable feeling that keeps me awake most of the night. I'm 25 years old, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't understand why this is happening to me.
