Water and sea salt diet

Posted by G Greenwade

I recently read the book "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" and was wondering if anyone has tried this for hypertension?
The book says that you need to drink half your body's weight in OZ's and a pinch of sea salt to replenish the salt that you loose in urine.
I've been drinking at least 10 - 8oz. glass's for two months now and was able to get off one of my blood pressure medications. I wonder if I can get completely off of medication? I exercise 4-5 times a week 5'7", 148lbs and very thin.
