V.High Blood Pressure

Posted by Paul H

I am 24 years old, weigh 140 pounds but have an average BP of 180/110, sometimes as high as 220/120. I consider myself to be quite fit and have a resting pulse of 48bpm, but I am very worried about the BP being this high. Is it safe to carry on exercising? I have felt very tired tired lately, maybe due to the beta blockers my GP has prescribed but the BP still remains this high.
