I have a cardioligist, because I have a heart beat that can run away, my medication is doing what it should by regulating my heart beat, but every few months or so I may get up from bed too suddenly, and my supposedly healthy blood-pressure plunges- and I have to deal wth nausea, cold sweats, and dizziness I've told my heart doctor this and he knows it happens but can't figure out why, it happened this am when I was exercising on my total gymn with my hands above my head for stomach crunches- today it may have caused by exercising right after breakfast, other times this was not the case my heart beat this am didn't increase, and I can take streneuos, exercise and it doesn't happen :any answers or help will be greatly appreciated
