Eat more fruit and veg, concentrate on eating less fat and lowering salt intake, go for a brisk 20-30 minute walk each day (or any exercise that gets your heart rate up) and you will not only lower your BP but lose weight as well. People don't need expensive drugs and diet aids, nature provides all you need to do the job. Try it...it works for me!
