WHY

Posted by Michelle Townsend

My question is this: I have recently had a baby 6weeks post. I had High BP somewhat during my pregnancy 150/90, it would go down if I layed on my side and rested. Now that I have delivered for the first four weeks it stayed at 150/90 they had put me on lopressor 50, than 75, than 200mg a day. Well I must say I was'nt takin the med the way I should or eating or excersing and now 6 weeks into it, its 165/110 and I have been put on HTCZ. Now I am scared I am only 30 I weighed 250 givin birth now I am 216. So I don't quit understand medically why I am still dealing with this. Can I have a stroke or heart attact. I really have changed my life style this thing is really scarin me. Please give me tips on how to eat, excerise. Does garlic work, help please give me some answers.

Thanx
