I worry to much iknowand i think that has a lot to do with
my blood pressure being up , But i would like to know what
i could do to get it down. to let you i weigh 348 lbs. 6 ft
Iv'e never had high blood pressure before and i don't like
the way it makes me feel.I'm diabetic so if you can send me
some info i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Again
