im 27 my blood presure is 140 i used to drink every working day in the evening but i felt ill at the end of last year so i went to the doctors and he gave me pills and told me to stop drinking so much so now i only drink once a week but what is a normal blood presure for someone of my age im 5ft10 and 12 stone i want to know if i have to watch what i eat as well?????
