I have severe hypertension. I have been treated with a combination of Tarka, Minoxidil and Lasix water pill. If I don't take these three drugs daily, I get severe head and neck aches. I don't like taking these meds, however, as the water pill causes me to have to urinate so much that I need to be near a bathroom all the time. The Tarka gives me very restless sleep but I have to take it at night because if I take it with the water pill, I'll get a very bad pressure drop. I like the minoxidil ok, but if I don't take the water pill with it, I get swelling.

I would rather treat this naturally but nothing I've tried herbally or vitamin-wise seems to help. Is there something you can recommend?

I'm a 40 year old male, btw, and have been diagnosed with severe hypertension for ten years now.
