high blood presure

I have been taking my blood presure for a view days as requested by my
doctor. it has been 130/75 140/89 144/89 144/84 138/86 1125/82 135/94
what is a good blood presure and the machines that I have been testing myself on
say that I am high on almost all test. Please help I do not now what to do. and my head is nnum and sore
