Unstable Blood Presure

My normal blood pressure is about 117/74, but it is very unstable,
It goes up to 140/86 when I just talking with people or doing shopping.
Any worries may rise my blood presure to 150-160/95, but it goes down
to normal level very fast, usually after 3 -4 min.

Is there any way to make my blood presure mor stable?
