Echocardiogram

I just got my echo report and it said I have a normal heart. However, surprisingly have a pulmonary artery pressure which may be as high as 45 mmH. Is this bad? I have no idea. I was on FenPhen for quite a while and they sent me for the echo. Thanks for any information.g
