I have had two readings in two weeks and they were 130/90 and 122/90. Any idea why the diastolic remains high? I am forty-two and in good health, exerise regular but I am a bit overweight, 5 feet 8 inches tall at 206 pounds, used to weight lift, now into martial arts.
