You are right. It does take a big commitment

You are right. It does take a big commitment.

Did I mention that weight loss was an important part of my program,
and in fact I lost 10 lbs. in 1 month.

I presume, Steve, that you do encourage people in the direction that I
went in. This does not mean that they are all going to do it or have
the time to do it or do everything that I did. I confess that I am a
special case because I already knew yoga, tai chi, affirmation, etc
and had been doing aerobics all of my life (although not as often as I
should). If you are not encouraging people to take responsibility for
their health, the direction that I went in, then I think that you are
remiss in your duties. But if people refuse to do anything for
themselves, then it is your duty to give them blood pressure drugs.

I believe that there are studies that show that people who take
responsibility for their health, even if what they do is bogus, do
better than those who do not take responsibility for their health.
Of course, who is to say what is bogus and what is not in these
circumstances.
