GO ahead and do both. Add Ginkgo biloba too. Make sure you are
eating a healthy and natural diet and exercising. I took mine from
borderline to 122 over 70 in 6 mos. just by food choices, herbs, and
exercise. Now I am rabid about being healthy because I feel GREAT!
In Europe Hawthorn (Crateg. ) and Ginkgo are two highly regarded bp
and heart herbs!!
Butthen the doctors in Europe respect nutrition and herbs!!
