Calcium for high blood pressure

Have you given any thought to increasing your calcium? 1000mg is the RDA,
doubling that could very well lower your BP. No garlic breath - and you
gotta take a lot of garlic - and no hawthorn side effects/reactions
albeit few.

After the calcium (which has worked for me) I would go with the garlic -
but only because I love the stuff and would just increase my intake of
food garlic, not tablets/capsules.
