A useful method to lower blood pressure is biofeedback. Every hour on the
hour you go before a mirror and practice breathing in at count of 4 and out
at count of 6. You SEE your muscles relax, your jaws sag, etc. If you do
this every hour you will be in a realxation state for longer period of time
and this will lower BP.
