Hmmmm. You want a natural safe, inexpensive, and preferrably easy-to-get
blood pressure reducer. How about losing weight, lowering your salt
intake, and getting more exercise?
Sorry to point out the obvious, but you could try these behavioral
changes for a while and see if it takes care of your "mild" BP
problem. If not, then try to find the magic pill....
