Is there a good book about alternative (non-drug) treatments for
hypertension?

I have a friend (40-something female) with hypertension. I'm sure
it's from stress and her type A personality, but she's taking drugs
and continuing to be busy, busy, busy, instead of working on a more
relaxed outlook on life. I'm hoping to find a book or cassette tapes
she might find time to read. Let me know of any suggestions.
