Is this lack of data from Nigeria and African mainland, or mere eurocentric arrogance on the part of the encyclopedia?

beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, and calcium-channel blockers, as well as biofeedback. Recent research has questioned the importance of dietary salt as a major contributor to hypertension; some studies point to low calcium in take as a cause.>> Columbia Encyclopedia, 6th ed, 2000
