I have borderline high bp. My dr is very pro-breastfeeding and I really want
to stay off meds. He did tell me that there are meds I can take while bf. My
dr said if anything, bf would help my bp by being beneficial to weight loss.
I'm off the hook for a year now. Hopefully I can use that time to improve my
health with a nutritious diet and regular exercise. I'm probably doomed
because of family history, but I'm going to fight this. Bf also helps my
stress level. Stick to your guns. I know how you feel about bf. I would be
crushed if I was forced to give it up. Sorry I can't help more, but I hope the
encouragement helps.
